This ongoing, international, multi-generational collaboration involves handmade paper, art and personal stories relating to trees. The guild sponsored several community events in conjunction with this exhibition. Hundreds of people in Kalamazoo and West Michigan were given round pieces paper, handmade by Guild members, on which to record their tree stories. Nearly 300 of these rounds were displayed on the walls of the Kalamazoo Nature Center’s Glen Vista Gallery during the exhibition and will become part of a future Treewhispers forest.
