Interconnections: People and the Planet was the theme chosen for an exhibition of work by Pen Dragons’ members at the Kalamazoo Nature Center’s Glen Vista Gallery during April and May 2019. 20 members contributed the 42 works of art comprising the exhibition. Most artists also contributed statements detailing their thought processes, as well as explaining their techniques for each piece, to aid the viewing public’s understanding of calligraphy.
