When Amity was with us in 2019 presenting her Chunky Caps in the "Bold and Blended" workshop, we  were intrigued to learn she had an accompanying miniscule alphabet. We are finally able to schedule her  for a return engagement to learn those minuscules.   

In Amity's words: "This class will be spent learning a broad-edged pen version of a chunky lower-case  alphabet. This hand was designed with many of the details and characteristics of my Chunky Caps, and I  recommend you take that class first, as much of what we learned there will apply to the quick intro of the  minuscules. The boldness of this lettering style creates lovely textures and white spaces. I'll also talk briefly  about how I use Bister Inks for this lettering style. 

“The class is easier if you've had the Caps, but if some want to join that haven't taken them, that's fine. I'll  review the caps as we go through the lowercase also. I'll talk a little about and use Bisters, but students can  just use walnut ink if they don't have Bisters."
